Couples looking for a nice getaway

I can really recommend this hotel! We booked the room with a private jacuzzi on the balcony and it was blissful! The atmosphere was calm, like, we ended up extending our stay because it was that nice. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinner we had by the pool while watching the sunset was something else. The head chef was super accommodating.

It wasn't inexpensive but considering the experience it felt acceptable.

The breakfast is delicious, available with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice, as for instance...

The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS! Staff are accommodating, and our room was clean with added luxury of a private pool!

Our executive room with jacuzzi offered great comfort, but the bathroom had no ventilation, causing some odor issues.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for kids.

the hot tub did not warm up.

The suite was spacious with a private pool, local eateries were a nice surprise, and the bus to town was super convenient!

This was an excellent fit for a short visit in Amoudara with value for price. The apartment was cleaned almost every day, a nice surprise. For those needing groceries, there's a big supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.

The spacious two-room suite offered a quiet retreat away from the busy road. Enjoyed the very good quality breakfast, and the outdoor pool and garden provided a lovely space to unwind. Some issues arose with the initial room assignment, and it was disappointing that afternoon drinks weren't available before the bar opened at 6 p.m. A break in service could be improved upon, as it detracted from an otherwise good experience.

I've stayed in heraklion before, but the malena hotel & suites exceeded my expectations for this romantic weekend. The rooms were immaculate and quite spacious. The pool area was a perfect escape. I loved the breakfast buffet with new dishes every morning!

the gym was filthy and rusty.

the hot tub wasn't cleaned during my stay. but the room was spacious and well equipped. super friendly staff made everything better. loved the private pool in my room! !

would like to go back there again

Spacious two-room suite with nice amenities like air conditioning, tv, and private bathroom. The room had a lovely balcony and the breakfast options were good. The staff was super accommodating, always ready to help organize activities. Proximity to the beach was a plus!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this venue with excellent services, a convenient location close to the largest supermarket in Crete, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of products.
